John Epaminondas Bailey Ilidge married Hannah Dellar, daughter of James Dellar and Sarah Perrin, in 1849 at Marylebone, London, England, .2 According to Jan Bishop & Irene Jenner who have researched this family line, Hannah & her husband John departed England in 1853 aboard the ship Goldfinder to visit John's brother Richard Bailey Ilidge who was a convict in Tasmania. John died in Australia on September 15, 1860, and Hannah returned to England.
